Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you order from Maddowe! Each piece is handmade with care, and many are one-of-a-kind. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right—within reason.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in the original or equivalent packaging.
  • You must contact us at maddowe@gmail.com to initiate the return and receive approval.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.


Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our business, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our products, exchanges are not guaranteed. If you’re interested in a different item, we recommend completing your return and placing a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us at maddowe@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
