These sweet hair kerchiefs are 100% handmade using vintage fabrics on one side and recycled fabrics on the other. Both sides are finished making this item reversible. Some use twill tape and others bias tape for the ties. The measurements vary slightly (see photo) due to the variations in measurements of the vintage fabrics. 100% cotton.
